The newest member of our bar staff team is Brandon Hall. Brandon is raising funds for a charity called Project Trust. Project Trust is a charity which raises funds to support school and college leavers to go abroad to volunteer. After completing his A Levels at Blue Coat School, Oldham, Brandon is aiming to spend 12 months in China teaching English to children and young people there.

He has been fund-raising to finance himself and is hoping to raise over £6,000 to fund his trip.

Throughout the Darts, Crib & Dominoes season, our Moorside Darts Team has been collecting 20p from every darter who scored less than 10 in three darts. At the end of the season they were looking for a worthy cause to support and, on Good Friday, donated their takings to Project Trust to help our Brandon. Well done!
